Shipping policy

Heavenly Collective is a small, independent home goods studio. Every order is carefully prepared and shipped from our atelier. Here's what to expect. PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way, including a tracking number. SHIPPING TIME Standard shipping to the United States: 7–14 business days from the date your order ships. Most orders arrive within 8–12 business days, but please allow the full window. Delays occasionally happen due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues outside our control. SHIPPING RATES - Standard shipping: $4.99 - Free standard shipping on orders $35 and over WHERE WE SHIP We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on international shipping — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it's available. TRACKING YOUR ORDER You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you don't see the email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at support@heavenly-collective.com.  ORDER ISSUES If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of shipping, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Heavenly Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and consider requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders. ADDRESS CHANGES If you need to change your shipping address, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, we cannot guarantee changes can be made before your order ships.
